Code of Conduct
Alcoa's Code of Conduct and Ethics
Our Code of Conduct applies to all company directors, officers, and employees, including Alcoa’s principal executive officer, principal financial officer, principal accounting officer or controller. It sets forth expectations regarding how we conduct business worldwide, consistent with our values and applicable laws and regulations. Training on Code of Conduct, either online or shop floor, is required for all employees and new hires.
Code of Conduct Amendments
On February 23, 2022, the Board of Directors of Alcoa Corporation approved amendments to the Code of Conduct. The amendments include, among other things: (i) incorporation of Alcoa’s fourth core value, “Lead With Courage”; (ii) incorporation of the code of ethics for the CEO, CFO, and other financial professionals into the other sections of the code as appropriate (was previously a standalone section); (iii) new sections regarding inclusion, diversity, and sustainability; and (iv) updates to sections regarding human rights, data privacy, supplier relationships, and political activities.
